Might be handing mine in this month as well, had an interview for another company and should hear next week.

Been running two jobs for the last couple of years, and am finely in a position to take one on as a full time role, with a view to grow my own business within it ..... very exciting times. But, I am not looking forward to my conversation this morning .... hay ho!

Personally, I always enjoy the conversations that go along the lines of "Oh, BTW, you won't be seeing me again." Done that a few times, but I suppose that doesn't really count as handing your notice in.

Tomcat! Why don't you enjoy it? It must feel great! I always loved it. You are the boss at this moment. They have to react to what you say to them. Enjoy it!

Guess its because I dont like letting people down ...... even though I am obviously happy with the decision. As you can see by the time, I am still putting it off! Soft c*w!

Do it TC, otherwise another day will go by, Told my Boss at my appraisel yesterday i was thinking of jumping ship, seems all the blokes in my job are as the company wont pay us what other companies are paying for the same job.
New Job I applied for is exactly the same as im doing now 10K a year more nights every 6 instead of 4 weeks, and a third extra for Sundays( but will be doing a third less of them so works out the same)

Annoying thing is the company Ive applied to is owned by the same comapny that owns us.
