Road legal exhaust?
I'm a bit confused about what makes an exhaust road legal.. Does it HAVE to be e-marked and have a baffle in?
Have been looking at one of these - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...MEWA:IT&ih=020 - but despite the company selling them saying it's legal , I don't think it is. Please tell me i'm wrong! There is no e-mark on it and i'm not sure if it has a removeable baffle or a baffle at all! I'm baffled!

After a little research I've found that it does have a removeable baffle.. But no e-mark. I reckon it may be road legal after all

as long as it doesnt say "not for road use" it should be ok.
