Hi all,
Just bought some Motax crash bungs from the bay of the flees........... the "instructions" say refere to manufactures guide for the torque ? Anyone any ideas? |

I'd say this depends on how they're bolted to the bike.
The R&Gs I have use a bolt all the way through the engine. That (and another engine bolt) holds a spacer bar in place, then the bung is torque'd up to this spacer bar. The engine bolts are to manufacturers spec, the bung bolt itself it to R&G's spec (75nm IIRC). |

mine are on less than standard settings because the first bolt stripped itself.
