I recently ordered a Hel 3 line brake kit for my SV650SK1. When it came to fitting it seemed as if there was a lot more length in the lines than there maybe should be, particularly at the front. I had to loop the front lines round
to the callipers so there wasn't a lot of slack flapping in the fairing between the master cylinder and the level of the front mudguard. Not ideal I know. I e-mailed Hel to ask them about this slack in the lines. Hel got straight on it with a really prompt response to my enquiry and confirmed the length of lines that I had were for a K1 (unfaired) model not an SK1, and I had been supplied the wrong line kit. Rather than bounce me back to the returns department of the original supplier Hel are sending me direct the correct kit in the post, and I've just got to send them the "wrong" kit when I've swapped them over. I was really impressed with the speed thay responded to me, and even tho I'm Joe Nobody, they gave me a level of service like I was some kind of WSB superstar. It's so good to deal with a company who takes such an interest in making sure that the people who use their products are happy bunnies. The lines themselves are of top notch quality and I'd recommend them to anyone thinking of switching from the squidgy rubber OEM lines to braided steel. charliemow13 one very happy bunny |

Simon and the lads are a top bunch.
Used him many a time for brakelines, coolers, etc, and the service has always been very good. |

Recently had a prob with one of my banjo bolts being fractured.
Think it was Simon who sorted it all out in double quick time, replacing a single bolt with a full set and more for the bike. Absolutly A1 service - the SV's wearing their stickers with pride ![]()
