Can anyone make head or tail of this header?

I wouldn't know who to report this cr@p to!

I dont know how you report scam email in general, but...i do know that you can report the bank scams to reports@banksafeonline.org.uk

most banks have a Phishing@ email address, and also NTL like to know too, think I sent mine to Phishing@nationwide.co.uk and spam@ntlworld.com

And as to do people still fall for this, unfortunately the elderly and less computer savvy still fall for some of these, as they click the links, and it looks like a real banking site. They don't have the experience to check the address line against the real banks www address etc.
