Hello Everyone
As of saturday, all being well, I will be getting my grubby paws on a 54 plate SV650s in blue complete with lower fairing - I can't wait! In the meantime I have a couple of questions - 1) The tail has been tidied and I fancy changing the standard front indicators for some smaller ones. Anybody got any reccomendations/pics of their bikes with aftermaket indicators? 2) Anyone fitted any of these - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/CRASH-FAIRING-...QQcmdZViewItem Are they any good? 3) Do these - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TRE-for-SV650-...QQcmdZViewItem Actually work and are they worth the money? 4) I fancy fitting a tinted screen - any reccomendations, preferably a double bubble. Cheers Dave |

Hello and welcome, modifications are a personal thing so what you do is up to you, but if it was me I'd make sure the Forks are sorted (at least oil and springs) before anything. nex woul be crash bungs, the pretty stuff can wait.
I notice you don't have your location in your profile? perhaps update that and get along to meet some of the locals and look at what they have fitted. Cheers Mark.

Hello
Thanks for the warm welcome - will update my profile - I'm in Cardiff. I wasn't sure about the £12 carsh bungs either - seems too cheap. Another quick question, I'm picking the bike up from the south coast - how many miles can I expect to get from a tank of fuel? |

I usually get to about 130 (normal riding, commuting etc) before the fuel light starts flashing, probably less if you're wringing it's neck

K4 only has single stage fuel warning light, which comes on solid when there is (iirc) a little over 4 litres left. I usually tell myself I've got 20 miles to find fuel once the light is on. (Better safe than sorry).
Get some decent crash bungs. If you need them, they'll probably do the job properly, and if not, it's something which is a nice addition to a description when you come to sell it. |

hein gerick do aftermarket indicators for suzuki that supposedly fit in the faring recess look good imho. Ive got diamond ones on mine front and back had to space the fronts out abit though to clear the fairing recess.
