There arnt that many near me... Seems to be a few expensive cars though... Well like RX8's and TT's and Type R's (if they count a expensive??) that sort of thing... they are fun to race off.

I did race a pimped out mini a ong time ago when i was limited... most annoying i couldnt leave him on the streights but managed to do him in the corners

Maybe its the ones that think the bike is racing them when they are riding normally that makes them feel they can race us off? I mean out of an average town or corner a bike will accelerate faster than an average car even taking it easy, maybe this appears to be racing?

I got raced by a Clio a while back... Orrible boy racer job. Well, I say raced... We happened to leave the lights at the same time, he was racing, I was just commuting I didn't realise what was up til he pulled up by me at the next lights and says "I nearly had you there!".

On the other hand, I got skinned by a mk 1 golf with a Rallye conversion and 300bhp once. But that's OK.

Racing these numpties ain't big and it ain't clever ... but it sure is FUN
I pulled up at a set of lights this morning ... right next to a Nissan 200SX... let him go cos lights were on a bend ... then as I hit the straight, just blatted past him and several other cars (road was wide enough for me to overtake and still be in my own lane). The 200SX was going nowhere PMSL I don't class this as racing tho (like northwind says), I was just making progress when the 200SX couldn't

LOL....good call

Personally i tend to ignore the chavtastic boy racers....playing with them demeans us all.

That said, on very rare occasions i have dabbled. Nice to flip them off as you go past.

I normally give it some revs and then let them burn off into the distance while I set off slowly, its much more amusing.

I do like to play with the big boys though in uber expensive cars.

A month or so ago I sat doing 50 and a Bently GTC rolled along side so I did have a play, pulled away from it significantly to a point and then it nailed me and I tried to play the 'I have backed off pose'
