Default Curvy or pointy

Having read a few pieces on here theres a few references to pointy and curvy. At the risk of sounding really thick I haven't a clue what its referring to would someone let me know what they are please

I believe Dominos Pizza use curvys (Especially Yellow ones) to deliver their pizzas - So remember, each time you see a curvy with a topbox, the rider doesn't carry more than £10 in change.

Yeah, they used to use pointies, but the customers complained that the pizza's were always cold

Thats cause Pointys go so much faster they cool the pizzas down!
