Default were to go for a service

I'm in St. Annes and Slingers in Preston was the closest but they have closed up shop.

So with all the suzuki dealers up and leaving near me where do I need to go to get my bike serviced??

Thanks guys and girls.

You could try the Rocket Centre in Blackburn? A quick blat down M65 or A59.

http://www.rocketcentre.com/

I can't give a total recommendation as I've never had servicing done there, because generally I've always done my own work: but I knew a couple of the techs there when I used to live up north (happy days!) and they know their stuff - I hope their bosses let 'em use it.

Anyone else with experience?

I normally take mine to ESB in Bolton, a bit of a trek from St Annes but not too far from Wigan if you could fit it in with work somehow...

They're a good bunch, I always end up staying in there for about an hour having a chat and stuff when I drop the bike off

I phoned them up last week, and apparently Suzuki dealership not opening until next week (3 weeks from phone call). Don't know if they are losing Honda dealership or not.

Wyder Warrington is where I bought my SV, and Wyder Preston currently have it (replacing crankshaft, con-rods, shelves, and front brake-pads), but until I get the bike back I can't comment on their work.

My bike was repaired in January by Lonsdale Bikes (nr Bury), and they did a good job.

Cheers,
Pete

Yep DoubleD that's the place, and if you click the "contact us" link, their contact details and opening times are available.

But just to save you some time ... 08444703443 and ask for Service Department.

Pete

p.s. of course they have a Honda bias, they are a Honda dealer
