Found this on a Ducati forum a few weeks ago. Ordered one for my SV. It installed in just a few minutes. No tools required. I'm very happy with its outcome. Not the same old brake modulator.
Thought I would share. ![]() http://www.vizi-tec.com/SUZUKI/SB-SV.htm |

I'm not sure of the legality, but IIRC, flashing brake lights work out at getting the vehicle behind you to stop at up to an extra 5M sooner, when at motorway speeds. Not sure it's something I'd buy, but it looks like a decent mod to me.

Obviously not, well I ordered one today (should be here by next easter probably!). This one looks better than the other one's I've seen, and although it might not be legal, it's a bloody briliiant idea I think. I do quite a bit of motorway riding, and something that's gonna alert some muppet in a car somewhere behind me, sooner rather than too late, is worth £30. Me thinks anyway.

I thought about doing this before too, until I found out that a flashing red light at the back of a vehicle is illegal. Sorry, but it is.
That said, lots of things are illegal, and are still done. So it's a personal choice. You decide what you want to do. ![]() (Though it did look effective when I saw it on the back of a ZX636.) |

OK it's illegal, but how many times do you keep the brake light on for more than 12 seconds constantly? And I'd rather be pulled than hit up the rear

From their website "It is a proven fact that motorcycles decelerate more rapidly than cars..."! Really?!
