My day at junction 33

Just got back from having my bike remapped by andy at junction 33, top bloke talked me thru everything, did a power run and its putting out 73.4bhp and 46.7 ft lb torque.

Trust me to have a sv650 k3 that didnt want to be re-mapped all he could do is adjust the mixture at tic-over and at 25% throttle.

He said the only option is a power commander, but didnt have the funds for that so im looking for a used 1 instead and then going back to have a custom map done to free up a few more ponies and a bit more torque,

He quoted £80 for a re-map of the stock ecu but only charged me £35 for a power run and the remap that he could do.

Id recommend him to any1 that is after their bike tuning

What have you modified on it?

ive only changed the end can but when he got it on the dyno the mixture was well out so hes sorted out the best he can

he showed me the read out of the fuel/air mix and it was all over the place apart from tickover where he managed to sort it out

73.4 with just an endcan?
Don't they only put out 69bhp standard?

First SV650 I have ever heard of with a 'well out' mixture running with just a slip-on.

Power seems optimistic

bear in mind that im the 3rd owner of the bike and i dont know whats been done to it previous, the exhaust had already been cut so its had a can on before i had it at sum point

the figures are what he gave me on the eprint out so ill scan it in and upload it on here at sum point

but i know it did smell very strongly of petrol on tick over

Has someone else had it remapped for full system and then put standard back on?

i have no idea, i bought it from a dealer and it was totaly standard,
