its definately not as described - you've every right to get a full refund including postage. since he has 100% feedback he won't want to lose this so i think you'll be fine.

omg - just read that - you've every right to go down the dispute and negative feedback route - i'm no dictionary expert but that certainly isn't a blemish. a more accurate description would be "paint is fractured and flaking and there may be a dent on it here and there"
