Might be worth putting a internal stop tap inside, as when the wether is cold the pipework freezes and could cause burst. If you have internal stop tap you can isolate water to prevent this.

i would put it inside the whole tap..it i onto a communal area not private garden so some bugger (kids) would turn it on ad leave it on ha..
but me stickin to bucket now mefinks. ta n e way |
