Just go to any decent hardware shop you'll pay a lot less. A Suzuki dealer once tried to charge me £2.50 for a bolt that I got for 5p from a hardware place. I know it doesn't really matter for one bolt but on my last bike, I replaced all the engine bolts with stainless ones for less than £4 - nearly 30 quid from tastynuts.

Yeah, the mechanics will have tubs full of spare bolts if you have a regular friendly dealer it could be free. Any hardware store would be good too, your probanly find its either a M3 or M4 bolt.

As a 750 around 98,000 trouble free (engine wise) miles, can't be exact as the clocks aren't attached at the moment.

Main dealers do take the p!ss really does get to me how much they charge for things just because its from SUZUKI.... big deal lol!

Yeh i'll gizz it another go tomorrow or might get the garage to do it while there working on the bike any way - carbs being balanced for the exhaust and just fine tweeks.

No engine problem to report, other than it needing an oil cooler fitted but that was expected! Yeah, getting a thorough service at the moment and I have her in a chassis stage st the moment (suspension, frame, and swingarm assembled only and propped on paddock stands).
