a quick update on the part 2 video

long story:

our official contract end date is friday 31st, landlord is in for an operation on tuesday and wants to install new loft insulation tomorrow (monday). We've told him we're moving out by friday and he'll have to wait since vicky suffers with asthma and it's a dusty job so I'm not happy in general. If we were staying for another 6 months then fair enough, we'd have to put up with it and get the stuff in - but we're not - we're gonna be out within a few days and it's really not our problem. He's saying that it's gotta be done by tomorra because he wont be able to lift for a few weeks after this "op"...

he tried barging in last week when I was working away and vicky's rents were here - vickys mum suffers with chronic asthma (her lips turn blue if she's in the same room as a cat for a few minutes since she's allergic to feck & it makes her ill). So anyway, I told him to wait til I was back but he still turned up and said to vickys rents (while vicky was at work as well) "oh, can't you just go out?" - I was furious.

So he's being a nob head... and I've got a funny feeling he'll try and keep as much of the bond back as possible. Anywho, we're gonna be out soon and we're getting there so I'm not too bothered. I'll just leave a big turd in the sink if he tries anything

Not long now and you'll forget all about it, and exclaim why the hell did we rent for so long. I haven't rented a house in 8 years, but I understand totally about carppy landlords. Never again.

Get a big scary dog.

It'll bark when somebody breaks in, if you don't feed it properly it will eat all the spiders and when the council come round to collect their tax it will eat them for you...

Lol! Don't think you'll find much of that!

Sorry to hear of your stressful times Paul, but at least you will be in your own place now And you need to make sure that paints just right, after all you have got to sit and stare at it for a long while. As long as you're not just sat watching it dry when what you really want to be doing is making that vid instead

Seriously though, don't do yourself too much damage.
