yes, yesterday found the cause of a problem that had the entire team flummoxed, the customer had opened official complaint due to us being useless at solving this problem.
So today I sent the customer a circumvention which has resolved his problem.  Now all I have to do is work out how to code a permanent fix for the 6 releases we cover and all future releases, piece of cake!

Good in the sense i`ve been off work but spent most of the day studying and writing and generally trying to remember some of what i`m reading.
On a happy note I went shopping earlier and whilst choosing toilet paper I automatically reached for the Andrex as it was reduced to £2.03..... then I saw Andrex quilted at £2.05 and thought how much nicer it would be to have quilted paper so put it in my trolley. THEN I noticed that the quilted Andrex only contained 160 sheets per roll whereas the plain Andrex contained 240!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! obv put the quilted back thus saving money which is always nice
