Don't do it.

Just get hold of the yokes from the same year or equivalent.

looking at new bearings (SV and GSXR 750 k7 use the same bearing), but was slightly put off by the cost. Saw these, and wondered if they would do the job. They're definately cheaper, OEM suzuki bearings are £35.70 (+VAT?).

Give them a ring and get hold of some koyo ones.

I've moved onto the wheel now, and found that getting hold of the appropriate wheel is a bugger. The Delkevic wheel is actually cheaper to buy, but it apparantly only fits up to K4 machines.
I had a look on Alphasport's website and the part number for the bearings and spacers are the same for a K4 and K6 GSXR 600/750. So they will fit onto the spindle correctly (in principle), but what is the width of a K6/7 hub? Is it narrower that a K4 hub? Or is it because that the mounting holes for the 310mm disks are different than for 300mm disks...
Delkevic sent this info on hub dimensions:
"The width of the hub from sprocket do disk is 130mm, however the total width including the bearing housing is 150mm"
The distance between the forks (along the spindle) on the K6/7 is 154mm, and the thicker part of the spindle creates a 14mm spacer on one side.
Any ideas?
