How do you pay for speeding fines?

I've paid one or two non endorsable fines over the phone & online , but I think they may take a direct credit from your bank account (i.e. sort code and account number)?

I sent a cheque, they seemed happy enough, as happy as these people will ever be I spose. I wish I'd thought of FG1's suggestion of sending a bit too much, make the buggers work for their money. 61 in a 50, clear as a bell dual carriageway with nothing else in sight, Sunday so no kids and no school any place near either, is that so terrible...

Dont panic - there are loads of places where the markings are there still but the camera was relocated ages ago.

If you ARE in for a ticket, there is nothing you can do about it until it arrives so dont stress about something you cant do anything about.

Just watch your speed - also you should be paying enough attention to have spotted the camera before you got to it

You have 2 main options - You can pay by cheque or postal order and send payment to the address shown, or call the number on the back of the ticket or use the internet address to pay by debit or credit card. Please do not sent cash in the post.

Or you can fill out the back of the ticket and request a court hearing this is your option to appeal.

Well liek you say, it may have been realloacted. I do seem to always notice them. I was in a 40 zone earlier doing about 50 (speed limit changed down) and i was 20 meters or so from the speed camera when i saw it. Had to use the brakes for that one but easily made it.

One thing i noticed on the way there was average speed camera signs. Didnt know what they were and didnt see any cameras at all. On the way back i looked up and noticed the yellow poles that look like fancy street lights. How do they work? (no worries for those because they were in the NSL zone)
