It's always amazing like, and different every time. I've taken to putting these slightly sweet and spicy peppers into it recently which reduce down over time and taste amazing. Doesn't matter how much I make though it'll be gone in about 20 minutes as soon as my friends know i've made another batch and suddenly pop in to say hi.

As for what to cook, that depends on how much you have cooked before. I wouldn't go making a full Chinese style meal or a roast dinner if your a newbie... Dan |

Beef stew is always good, just remember to cook it slowly for a long time so the beef falls apart. Curries made with boned chicken thighs are amazing too, the chicken is much softer in texture and tastes great.

So easy hun. Make chilli as you normally do, but right at the end add a good glug or 3 of red wine, and a good few chuncks of the dark chocky. You wont "taste" the choccky as such but you'll forever know when you have chilli thats made without it. It adds a depth to it that you wouldnt otherwise get. MMMMMmmmmmm, might make chilli tonight now, lol.
