I like both as long as they are cooked properly.

I do like skinny chips but not if they have only been dunked in the frier for 30 seconds.

Doorsteps as long as they are not raw on the inside.

Big fat doorstep chips for me, on thick white bread spread thick with butter, mmm, so tasty, I want to finish work early and bang the chip pan on now.

Steak cut chips (Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside) get my vote.
'Fries' just taste of cooking oil !

That even depends on the steak. If it's a proper bit of steak fat chips. If it's minute steak fried in oil like the french use to do Steak Frites, then it has to be skinny french fries with lots of salt.

I like all fries so long as they're not disgusting 'extra crispy' or 'spicy' fries with loads of unpleasant extra batter bits on the outside (ie: Burger King fries)
