Unless it's goosed the standard SV clutch is not prone to slipping, but of course that's with the clamping pressure that Suzuki intended it to have - if the springs are lighter you're moving closer to the point at which the clutch will slip, that's not in question.
The question is whether you can find springs that are light enough for your comfort but still exert enough clamping pressure to hold the clutch against slip - I have to say I doubt there's much scope for that, but it's worth a try if you really think the clutch is too heavy for you.
