Beardy blokes, what do you do with yours?

I sympathize with looking like a twerp after a ride. I went out with the Madlanders, the first time I'd met a lot of them, and was so embarrassed when I saw what I looked like at a food stop.

They're great, I've recently acquired one and it's so comfy, especially on chilly days or night rides when it's cooler. Admittedly I don't think my hair is as big as yours but I bet it makes a big difference.
