Im working 7.30 til 3 then have stuff to do so def cant make it im afraid.

Th eroute looks fine but come off the B1090 just north of huntingdon (nr Holland Wood on your map) and take the yellow road into huntingdon. In real terms you dont turn off you just keep going straight on, to stay on the B1090 means turning left.

Not sure really, I'm easy! Any preferences? Early afternoon...?

To be honest I don't know about 60% of the route kellyjo suggested! I might go for a test run today at some point just to reduce the chances of getting completely lost

Sure, call it 1o'clock. Meet at the Needle & Awl pub in Rushden?
Might find a few that want to tag along there too

OK, 1pm is fine with me. I've rigged up some some headphones to my satnav (no mounting) and it appears to work! So hopefully that will prevent us getting lost to often!

What bike/helmet/leathers have you got? I'll be on a candy blue half faired SV650S with black helmet and leathers.

Yeah no worries mate, it's not a race! Just ride at the pace you're comfortable with, doing anything else on the roads is asking for an accident!

I'm not the fastest rider in the world either but I've been working on my cornering and smoothness this year and it seems to be paying off (slowly)!

Well we had a decent rideout even if it was just the two of us. Followed kellyjo's route and only took about 3 wrong turnings!

Far from being captain slow, SirBarnz turned out to be faster than me (not difficult in itself but he's only been riding for 2 months!). Good to meet you SB, hopefully will see you on another rideout over the summer...
