Hey timwilky...

Another fellow Linux user I see

Bet the weather turns crap from now I might have found a local rideout team. I'll admit to being a fair weather biker so far.

Linux - coo. I'm a Debian bash-only fan when I'm not using Windows.

I don't have a copy of windows anymore. I only kept a copy around to play the odd PC game but with the constant requirement to keep upgrading the PC hardware and £200+ video cards needed to keep up with PC games I made a full switch to Linux sometime ago.

Running Fedora Core 3 at the moment.

Besides, money saved on not buying a new vid card every 12 months = money for a race can and bike goodies over time.

Snap On my main home system, plus SuSE, and RHES on my development boxes.

Do have one server with Windoze 2000 just for development focused at windoze clients.

Hey Swamp!

I'm obviously a truly sad b**tard, (a) because I know zip about computers and software (except that they always go wrong when you least expect it, and repair-dudes then talk in riddles) and (b) because I live the other side of the Pennines.

On the other hand, I'm always at MacD's in Skipton before the Lancs contingent arrive on a Devil's ride-out; so, if you want to place your advance order now......

(Welcome!!!!)
