New Rocks indestructible - no way. They really aren't that well made at all.
I haven't tried riding in mine. I don't think that I'd be able to change gear easily, if at all. Might try it around the block sometime, just to see.

I used to drive a car in 5 inch platforms but that's a whole different pot of mackerel.

lol..... can't feel a damn thing..... just press back brake till bike stops, or stamp down/click up gear wiv my tiny gear select.. And I haven't ridden pillion since I fell pregnant..... I likes my own bike way too much... Oh, and the chain on the spur makes wee sparks when I put my foot to the tarmac at speeds.... purdy....
