I agree to the velcro on SMX3 Goretex boots is not very good at all. However my standard SMX3's are much much better in this respect.

If mine do that, they are going back.
Just make sure you give them a good check over when you get them. I've had 3 pairs of these the, 2 pairs have been fine the third pair ( the goretex ones ) the Velcro isnt very strong on.

Oh and they are really stiff when you get them, they take a bit of breaking in but once you have done so they are really comfy like wearing trainers.

I already sent 1 pair back for bad gluing on the sole. This pair looked good. DOnt get them until next wednesday Cant wait
