i put the jhs advancer in 2day making the bike rev a bit higher

you can feel it in the lower gears a bit but it have made much difference tho

No its done by a different system. Teka and Yoshi mapping dont have as much adjustment as this.

Yeah, what it mainly does is pull the power down the range, which is quiet nice for a road bike. The JHS dyno chart makes it look amazing but personally I reckon the comparison run for the stock bike is really weak so it flatters the advancer'd engine.

When getting a Injected bike mapped what hardware is there available to use and how do they rate, Or can they use the origional ECU?

Yeah but how? Its not a teka or yoshi box and its not a powercommander....
what do they use to remap the ecu ?

Top secret!!!.

No not really. Its a programme that has a similar range to the PC mapping software but on suzuki's it works direct to the ECU. Triumph and Aprilla have their own form of this too.
