Reminds me of the time when were in florida and got a bit lost, so we see a cop car and go over all smiling ' hi, sorry to bother you we're a bit lost do you know where the florida mall please ? cop looks at me for a second and says 'see that corner over there ? 'yes ' I reply 'well they sell maps there go and buy one' arent our police wonderful ?

Bad luck there I always found US officials unbelievably polite and helpful; best tip is to up the english accent to the nth degree - once you're talking like queen liz they all seem to fall over to help you

Soulkiss recently did this, if he dont spot this thread might be a good idea to PM him. He bought loads of kit for him and his mrs.

On recent trip to U.K. I was having to remove the 9mm tube of shaving foam I was carrying!
