Kwak, I know it's a Pointy but what do you think. To many miles for you you? It's owned by a friend of a friend. Will get some pics up later if you think you might be interested. He should be registering at some point but anyhoos here you go.

SILVER SUZUKI SV650S

Registered in October 2003 - 1 owner - new shape, 22,000 miles(serviced and MOT at 19,000 miles in October 2006) Full Service History, Taxed until March 2008

Security - Data tool system3 alarm/immobiliser and Alphadot

Ermax - Under tray, tinted double bubble screen and seat cowl

Bluflame - "one off" twin oval dual port high level exhaust system

Beowulf - Polished Stainless steel radiator and oil cooler covers

Clear Alternatives - Integrated LED tail light

Hyperbolt - Titanium, Stainless Steel and Aluminium fasteners throughout, includes "one off" handle bar risers with flat bars for additional comfort and polished clutch window.

All the OEM parts that have been removed are available & will be sold with the bike.

Very clean and well looked after example.

Not that I'm a superstitious person or anything but...

Silver pointy 650.............ouch moment

Silver pointy thou............ouch moment

For your third bike I'd suggest a black curvy...............the total opposite of both silver AND pointy!

I agree. When I was doing DAS I only dropped the silver bike (I passed my test on a green one). Silver bikes are evil.

Tell them you're willing to compromise, so you'll give up biking as long as you can take up base-jumping* or something.

*Substitute for any other 'dangerous' sport if desired.

Alternatively, tell them "it's about the journey, not the destination" if you want to give them a philosophical answer

Heheh true...you could try telling them to wait a while before asking you to do that - it sounds like they are having a knee jerk reaction to it, so maybe will calm down.
