brain surgery by endoscopy is a wonderful thing, much less barbaric than a full on sunroof

Oh, only a little op then Dave. Nobody actually gets to witness the fact there is any grey matter lodged between your lug holes

Seriously, I know from personal experience (sister in law had an acoustic neurinoma surgically removed at Preston:- sunroof jobby) how traumatic any surgery near the little grey cells can be. Not only for the patient but also for their nearest and dearest.
