Yeah, thats probably true but there is a marketing hype that in some cases elevates their peceived capability beyond where they really are. I agree Ohlins and others are very good quality but I would doubt that they are necessarily better than say Maxton, HyperPro, Nitron, Elka etc etc.

I would put almost all of these aftermarket shocks/race shocks pretty much level although that in itself is an assumption on my part.
