So all I can conclude from this is that even if a pointy set of rearsets will fit a curvy, even if they make quite a difference on a pointy, I am not sure with the curvys start position, they will really offer much uplift?
This calls for an experiment

Oh, I liked the valter motos well enough til I fell off
 Still do in fact, they're not massively high- quite far back- but they're very comfy for me. But I don't trust 'em any more.
