Milk first, then hot water.

IMO it tastes better this way. Seems smoooooootherrrr and yummmmmmmmier to coin a technical phrase.

Made water first then milk seems to produce a taste not disimilar from 'burnt' coffee. Clearly it isn't burnt but no the less this is what it tastes like.

Be scientific.

Make two cups of coffee at the same time - one with milk in first, the other water in first. Do the taste test, and then see wht you think. You have got two cups haven't you?

Or try a "brown sugar" or "white sugar" test to see if that really makes a difference in coffee???
