OKay I didn't know about that restore/recover thing.
And I must be wrong about the updates thing then. I just remember it being a stipulation on the first generation ones. Apple must have got dumber or the hackers have got more clever.

i know some one who has updated after it has been returned to factory settings "ie" back to its firmware. so its all wiped clean and then update it and jailbreak it again. easy

your so right mate restore to factory setting and done, i know people who have done this its worked a treat. "It would'nt be called factory settings other wise.
