The driver of the car had picked it all up while i was looking after my friend at the side of the road.
What I could have really done with is a witness but there was no-one about at that moment

I thought it was up to the police to them to measure things/look at debris and stuff? Has the car driver bu99ered his own case by doing this? - Just mulling over thoughts really.....
