Deficiencies in vitamin B12 are linked to hangovers, and drinking inhibits the ability to absorb vitamins.
If you take something like Berocca or an 'own brand' equivalent this helps relieve a hangover. It works better still if taken before you go to sleep that night, and even better still if you take it the morning or night before the bender. Life long pharmacist friend introduced this to me several years ago, and it works a treat. |
