The law of averages means that we cant be the only 'beings' in the galaxy/universe/and beyond, so yeah i believe. AS to them being green with antenna's out of thier head, flying suacer shaped craft, well, thats just artistic licence.

Tried to watch it last night, but after 10 mins of a bloke with a speech defect and a bunch of prize knobs in a wiltshire field I turned it off
