Ah yes, no chance at all that anyone's come up with much useful in the last couple of pages. Best just fire from the hip and make sure you post something...

Exhaust condensation and cold weather, going a bit slower when travelling.---Simples
Engine running cold in cold conditions is normal and highly unlikely to do any damage as the oil is still cool with plenty of coolant circulating round the engine, worst scenario is a minimalistic increase in fuel consumption as it is an FI engine.I would have thought after all your mods and rebuilding is you being neurotic.

To me it sounds like your thermostat is not closing properly and allowing the radiator to 'over cool' the engine, this could be bad for the rings as being a K3 yours will be fuel injected and the low running temperature could bring the cold start enrichment back in. Piston 'blow by' is a fact of life but with the over rich mixture it can carry fuel into the oil and cause more bore ware. All this is a maybe though, I don't know enough about the FI system to know exactly where the enrichment threshold is.

The white smoke is 99% likely to be steam and nothing to worry about, you should see my car when I start it on LPG this time of year... Bloody thing looks like it thinks its in the red arrows...

If you want a bike that uses LOTS of oil. Buy a YZF750. I have to chuck half a litre in every 100 miles or so.

You must have one of the rare 2-stroke YZF750s.

If it's a stroker then I am most disappointed both with the sound and the smell. Best bit of a stroker is the smell of the fuel/oil mixture leaving the exhaust. Mmmmmm.
