Or buy a top box and rack, then if you sell the bike, your top box will fit to the new one.
Ive used soft luggage but all mine is hard now apart from tank bag as its more secure, takes 2 seconds to put on and off the bike, soft panniers are a pain to fit imo. |

Tell you what, I was expecting way more pelters than I got here. With the exception of Specialone who was a damn sight milder than he could have been, you lot clearly haven't woken up yet this year.
