Depends... If it's all healing well, it'll probably be longer than if I need a hip replacement, weirdly enough... Better end result, but it takes ages to get there. But really it's just down to doctor's orders next week. I know I can get on the bike- I got my physio to give me a set of exercises that'd give me back the mobility to get my leg over (fnarr) so that'll not be a problem, it's going to be more getting the bike in and out of the garage than riding it I think

I'll need to fix the poor thing first Front brakes have given up the ghost from being laid up without due care and attention... But I'm dying to get back on... Hope you can make a speedy recovery yourself... And get yourself some crash bungs fitted to your elbows

Good luck at the docs then!
No idea how long it'll be for me but again it'll heal stronger than new apparently. Can't be all bad!

I got a quote of £50 for both in gloss black if I stripped all the tyres, valves and bearings myself... But I think that place might have closed down now. That was pretty cheap though, I've heard £40 a wheel as a more standard figure. SSS charge between £40 and £64 depending on the finish you want...
