PMSL, that stuf gets everywhere, i told some into the lino in my kitchen and its a nightmare to get out so god knows what it does to your teeth!

For me a generally eat skin except banana and oranges. i even eat mango skin which is lovely, but apparently you aren't supposed to eat it.

Most of the good stuff is in the skin, notably the fibre so you should eat it!

Me too, i also do this with malteasers when i'm being bad and not eating fruit

i just voted and clicked on eating the skin because, well i was thinking of apples, pears and grapes etc. but the very thought of eating the peel of an orange turns my stomach!

Well the only time I peel grapes is when joining in the New Year tradition over here in Spain. As the bells chime to welcome the New Year you eat a grape...there are twelve chimes in total! Try eating 12 grapes quickly.....pips and all in time with the chimes...it is damned hard I tell you...and that is after 16 years of doing it! hence the slight cheat of peeling those babies first!
