Main prob with that plan is that people who do this a lot will eventually taunt 'the powers that be' into bringing into force something specifically to catch bikes... That would be bad...

As for Newport Pagnell, YAY! I'm thinking I'll take off and nuke the site from orbit, it's the only way to be sure... I mean, get there for 10ish, grab a sarnie and a drink (have a wee) etc, and relax on the bike 'til you all arrive.
