 The Street is a great bike and amazing value, but I do think that the Speed is worth the extra money. Interesting thing seems to be the insurance groupings as from what I've seen, they are both NU14, although one source had the Street as a 14 and the Speed as a 13  I'm fairly sure that my next purchase will be from Hinckley tho'
