ANPR is Automatic Numberplate Recognition. Basically, police cars have cameras fitted which read you reg plate and flag up if you're not insured, taxed or have anything else wrong. You will get f*cked over when one ends up behind you. Sorry to say, but quite rightly too IMHO

I was thinking more of the chaos he'd cause for someone else. If I got hit by an uninsured driver (badly). it's safe to say I'd lose my job.
