Quote;Firstly; thing to bear in mind with the dominator lights is your lighting will be ****, not just for riding at night but if your the sort who likes to be seen in the day time by the way of headlights then they are far less noticeable. Well on the ones I've seen anyway, real top quality dominators might be different.
Mine came with H4 halogens. they now have ice white H4's and a custom bracket and work as well as standard lights, also they had 2 main bulbs and 2 sidelights just as the standard set up so easy to fit with minimal electrical fartin' about. |

The hardest bit about fitting dominator lights is moving all the stock electrical gubbins.

yeah, stops high velocity cack from the front wheel landing on the engine. No they don't look great but look at the state of some downpipes when you don't use them, SVs were built at a budget and ain't the most corrosion resistant. They're a very common mod, really Suzuki should just make it longer in the first place |

I used angle grinder, then finished off by hand with a hacksaw - wheel too small to go all the way through - easy job though. If you get stuck gimme a shout, im only in Bradford.

Oops forgot to keep an eye on this thread. Exhausts I'd recommend? I have no idea on pricing but people rave about beowolf (the all black one looks nice not heard it), I like leo vinci, I also think viper are good for the money (we get a discount on them actually), some fuel cans are okay member deejay77's looks alright and gives a good snort despite having legal baffles in!! There's also remus, akrapovic and scorpion etc to consider can't say I have a lot of experience with 'em only ever had the leo on the SV. Do M4 only do a full system? Anyways have a poke around, see what you fancy/can afford.
As said fender extenders a good mod (about a tenner second hand), just got a replacement ordered after losing my old one in some old gits boot. And the rear huggers are good for keeping some of the crap off your shock. you might wanna fiddle with the suspension a bit too. If it's a naked renthals are a good idea, mine are nice and wide make it lovely to swing about. Quote:

I've got a carbon can company can (actually brushed steel). It's road legal and BS193 stamped but I think it sounds great. They don't do this model anymore but I've seen the new models with the drop-in removable baffle for £99 on fleabay

I'm thinking a black Beowulf would look rather sexy on my black SV.
After the cutting procedure to remove the existing zorst, is that the hardest bit over with? |

Yup... then you just need a bit of strength to push the link pipe on as it's quite tight..

Doesn't sound too tricky, thanks. Will have to buy myself an angle grinder first though.
