I do mine every other change, the current filter will be on until the valve clearances, as it was changed just before the 11k service

Yeah... most people mix it 50/50 with chainsaw oil to make it flow better.

This puzzles me mate, not having a go, but you appear to have spent shed loads on your bike, yet are baulking at a couple of quid for an oil filter?

nooo i wasn't been tight i was joking about the accountant bit, i just didn't have the money for one at that time so nothing to do with been tight just simply didn't have £6

didn't need one yet any way, will do in about 300 miles when i change the oil again
