I'd offer him no help and tell him to get on his trolley. Offering help isn't going to help someone like this.

He said he'd take it too the garage and let them speak to me, but as someone has already said he won't, & I don't think he will he will just put a mate on the phone to lie for him.

I don't plan on offering help as my insurance on the bike ran out the day he called I offerd to help then and he said I'll check it at weekend, thus him running it more into the ground.

I plan to tell him on the phone, "The bike is your responsibilty now, I sold it 'Sold as seen' to you, as you've signed and dated, it's out of my hands, Please do not call this number again" Phone Down.

Also if the 'garage' ring you. Ask for the company name and phone number and say you will ring them back. If he sad it's closed at the moment ad he is ringing you privately, say you will ring him in the morning during opening hours, not the other way around. Always add in the fact that he is harassing you. Scares people!

Yes the Rs reads in KM it was 21k and that reads around 13k (miles) I did the correct calcuation when I listed it, I did state also that these bikes need to be looked after and a re-build at someone in the near future will have to be done, he paid no attention and then moved on to ask why fairing where scratched. and then offerd me the asking price.

I gave all the information possible and more, when I picked the bike up I found that half of what was listed wasn't there (because the last owner just copyed and pasted the listing where she got it from) I listed it as fairly and openly as possibly, Gave an answer for every question he asked and more depth with regards to the bike.
