Yep I eat the skin. I also each the apple core, always have done. Never met anyone else who does though.

Me too, I always give the core to the dog, I eat the skins except for on the obvious, also eat cucumber skin (still a fruit) but a lot of people i know don't.
Can't stand any sort of dried fruit though. |
