![]() Also worth finding out whether a permit covers you for one area only or the whole of Westminster - if you have an annual pass for one sector and you can't find a space there, can you park in another sector nearby without having to pay again? Oh yeah and what happened to security stuff, I'm sure they mentioned something about that before. For £1.50 I'd expect my own space (not shoved up against a scooter), plus something to lock the bike to... *ok so there may be some lost revenue from car parking too but that kinda spoils the point! ![]() |

Only thing I can see to stop this is for a mass protest of some sort - and I dont mean a ride to Westminster.
What is No-one pays? They cant take 1000 people/day to court/lock them all up for not paying. Whats the worst they can do Spidey?

Won't work unfortunately. They won't bother with taking us to court, they'll just issue parking tickets like they're confetti. ![]() |

If mass protest is what you want...i'm the right guy to talk to.
BUT as you all know my ideas can be somewhat militant so i'll explain my plan to those who wanna know tonight at soho. And the Fizzy one has a point, they originaly said all that stuff about security features such as groun anchors etc but we always asked the same question about allocating spaces within the bays otherwise damage to our bikes from inconsiderate mopeders etc. Mr. A... and sign of that email address buddy? I reall wanna give em what for on this one.

I vaguely remember they did a "consultation" on this last year and we all told them what a bad idea it was. They can now say "following extensive consultation-------"So everything is fine and dandy and what are we complaining about.
