I personally think that the BMI is crap and wholly inaccurate as it does not measure fat level, muscle mass etc. Measuring someones Waist and Hip (abbreviated to WH) circumference is somewhat 'better' because an increased WH circumference over time can proivide an estimate of increased abdominal fat in the absence of a BMI change. Anywhoo, what I dont understand from your post is...why do you want to see what everyones shape and size is on here? What are you going to do with the information? are you going to calculate everyones Waist:Hip ratio/BMI/whatever and then give us all your conclusion? Maria |

BMI is LOB for sure, but last time I ran the beep I got 11.2 that was with an injury, so I'm sure if trained a bit harder level 12/13+ wouldn't be hard to get.
Also people can be fit in different ways as well. As I have a smaller frame I think it suits me better to be slim, strong and fast it worked so far! So what is right for may not suit a lot of other people. |

according to BMI im obese but I like to think of myself as built for comfort not speed. |
